Natural Resource Development means a development used primarily for the removal, extraction, and primary processing of natural resources. This Use does not include the processing of raw materials transported to the Site.
Typical examples include: clay pits, coal mining, gravel pits, oil and gas wells, sandpits, and stripping of topsoil.
