1.	Agreement C98 October 1980	This is the first Agreement between the City of Edmonton and Royce Properties Ltd. dated October 1980 regarding Plaza 124 at 12420 - 104 Avenue.
2.	Agreement C98 January 1982	This is the Assignment Agreement between Royce Properties Ltd. and Triple Five Corporation Ltd. regarding the development of Plaza 124 at 12420 - 104 Street.
3.	Encroachment Agreement C98a	This is the Encroachment Agreement between the City of Edmonton and Triple Five Corporation for Plaza 124.
