I, Charlotte A. St. Dennis, of the City of Edmonton, in the Province of Alberta, Barrister and Solicitor, the Agent for the Caveator by virtue of Power of Attorney No. 862214981, acknowledges that it has no further interest under the caveat made by it in:

Excepting Thereout All Mines and Minerals
which caveat bears date the 19th day of December, A.D. 1980 and was Registered in the Land Titles Office for the said North Alberta Land Registration district on the 23rd day of December, A.D. 1980, as number 802 310 241 and that caveat is hereby partially withdrawn and discharged.
