1.       That the above land be sold to Chalet Investments Ltd. at a price of Six Hundred and Forty-one Thousand ($641,000.00) Dollars.

2.       That the sale be subject to the conditions contained in Enclosure I.

The applicant proposes to purchase this land and consolidate by Plan of Consolidation with the applicant's adjoining land. The development is a commercial/residential project.

Justifications


1.       The land to be sold is surplus to municipal requirements.

2.       The price of $403.66 per metre square represents market value for the site.
