Hodgson - north of 23 Avenue and east of 142 Street
Bylaw 13261 (January 22, 2003)
The purpose of this provision is to accommodate a Low Rise Apartment building with additional regulations to address an increased floor area ratio.
The DC2 provision shall apply to a portion of SW 1-52-25-W4; located north of 23 Avenue and east of 142 Street; as shown on Schedule "A" attached to this bylaw, Hodgson.

i. | Projecting On-premises |
a. | The Site layout and building location shall be generally in accordance with the site plan as illustrated in Appendix I. | ||||
b. | All development regulations shall conform to Section 210.4 of the Zoning Bylaw with the exception of the following: | ||||
