Forest Heights - 79 Street and 106 Avenue
Bylaw 12410 (November 15, 2000)
To establish a District for Convenience Commercial and Personal Service uses including minor alcohol sales which are intended to serve the day-to-day needs of residents within the Forest Heights neighbourhood.
This DC2 District shall apply to Lot 1, Block 1B, Plan 6906 KS; located at 79 Street and 106 Avenue, Forest Heights, as shown on Schedule "A" of this bylaw, adopting this district.

| f. | Professional, Financial and Office Support Services |
| a. | The uses shall be developed in accordance with Section 310.4 of the Land Use Bylaw |
| b. | Minor Alcohol Sales shall be developed in accordance with Section 98 of the Land Use Bylaw. |
| c. | Signs shall be allowed in accordance with Schedule 79D, and in accordance with the general provisions of Sections 79.1 to 79.9 inclusive of the Land Use Bylaw. |
