Armstrong Industrial - 11403 - 174 Street NW
Bylaw 12198 (January 12, 2000)
To establish a District for industrial businesses which carry out their operations such that no nuisance factor is created or apparent outside an enclosed building and such that the District is compatible with any adjacent District.
This DC5 District shall apply to Lot 8, Block 1, Plan 992 5958, Armstrong Industrial, as shown on Schedule "A" appended to the Bylaw adopting this DC5 District.

| g. | Business Support Services |
| h. | Commercial Schools |
| i. | Convenience Retail Stores |
| j. | Convenience Vehicle Rentals |
| k. | Cremation and Interment Services |
| l. | Drive-in Food Services |
| m. | Equipment Rentals, provided that all equipment and goods for rent are contained within an enclosed building |

| o. | Fleet Services |
| p. | Funeral Services |
| q. | Gas Bars |
| r. | General Industrial Uses |
| s. | Greenhouses and Plant Nurseries |
| t. | Health Services |
| u. | Indoor Participant Recreation Services |

| a. | All development in this District shall comply with the requirements of Sections 410.4 and 410.5 of the Land Use Bylaw. |
| b. | Signs shall be allowed in this District as provided for in Schedule 79.H and in accordance with the general provisions of Sections 79.1 and 79.9 inclusive of the Land Use Bylaw |
