Hermitage - 40 Street and Hermitage Road
Bylaw 11831 (September 14, 1998)
The general purpose of the proposed DC5 District would be to establish a District for Convenience Commercial and Personal Service Uses. The services to be provided in the shopping centre are intended to serve the day to day needs of residents within the established Homesteader neighbourhood.
This DC5 District shall apply to Lot 80, Block 15, Plan 4097 TR (1.3 ha), located at 40 Street and Hermitage Road, Hermitage, as shown on Schedule "A" appended to the Bylaw adopting this District.

a. | All developments in this District shall comply with Sections 310.4 and 310.5 of the Land Use Bylaw. |
b. | Signs shall be allowed in this District as provided for in Schedule 79D and in accordance with the general provisions of Section 79.1 to 79.9 inclusive of the Land Use Bylaw. |
