Bylaw 11569 (August 18, 1997)
To establish a Site Specific Development Control District to accommodate non-family, adult-oriented, residential development which is fully integrated with the adjacent Religious Assembly with site specific development regulations to ensure that development will be compatible with surrounding land uses.
This District shall apply to a 3.0 hectare (7.5 acre) site legally described as a portion of the SW 20-52-25-W4M, located on the east side of 199 Street, south of the proposed alignment of 69 Avenue, Glastonbury, as shown on the attached schedule.

a. | Semi-detached Housing shall be developed in accordance with Section 150 of the Land Use Bylaw. |
b. | Row Housing shall be developed in accordance with Section 160 of the Land Use Bylaw. |
c. | Stacked Row Housing shall be developed in accordance with Section 170 of the Land Use Bylaw. |
d. | Low Rise Apartment Housing shall be developed in accordance with Section 210 of the Land Use Bylaw. |
e. | For housing development as non-family housing specifically intended for older persons, but which may not meet provincial guidelines for seniors housing, the Development Officer may reduce the parking requirements of Schedule 66A (5) of the Land Use Bylaw. A parking demand study may be required with applications for a Development Permit which satisfactorily demonstrates that the parking needs of the development can be met on site. |
