This DC5 District shall apply to Condominium Plan 942 1633, Industrial Heights, as shown on Schedule "A" appended to the Bylaw adopting this District.

| k. | Flea Markets |
| l. | Private Clubs |
| a. | Development in this District shall comply with Sections 420.4 and 420.5 of the Land Use Bylaw. |
| b. | Signs in this District shall be developed in accordance with Section 79H of the Land Use Bylaw. |
