Bylaw 11294 (July 15, 1996)
To establish a Site Specific Development Control District for Medium Density Multiple Family Housing, with the opportunity for ancillary Personal Service Shops and Health Services.
This District shall apply to Lot 37 and Lot 38, Block 23, Plan 822 2884, Summerlea, as shown on Schedule "A" appended to the Bylaw adopting this DC5 District.

Development in this District shall comply with the General Development Regulations of Sections 50 to 79 of the Land Use Bylaw and Sections 170.4 and 170.5 of the Land Use Bylaw.
