Oliver - 9707 and 9715 110 Street NW

Bylaw 18535 (September 5, 2018)

To establish a Site Specific Development Control Provision to accommodate a mixed use development consisting of residential, commercial, and limited Community Educational, Recreational and Cultural services Uses that builds upon the existing DC2 (G) Plaza 97 Development Agreement.

This provision shall apply to Plan 0420538, Plan 0523694 , and Plan 0620697, located at 9707 and 9715 110 Street NW, as shown on Schedule “A” of the Bylaw adopting this DC2, Oliver.

In addition to the development opportunities provided by the DC2(G) Plaza 97 Development Agreement (Appendix I ), the following noncommercial uses shall be permitted in the commercial tower:

a. Child Care Services
b. Government Services
c. Indoor Participant Recreation Services
d. Private Clubs
e. Private Education Services
a. Unless otherwise specified in this provision, Development shall be in accordance with the DC2(G) Plaza 97 Development Agreement (Appendix I) of this provision and Zoning Bylaw 12800. In the event of a conflict between the DC2(G) Plaza 97 Development Agreement and Zoning Bylaw 12800, DC2(G) shall take precedent.
