Bylaw 16179 (July 16, 2012)
The purpose of this (DC1) Direct Development Control Provision is to accommodate a single detached residential development in a rural setting with appropriate development criteria to ensure compatibility with the character of the adjacent properties.
This DC1 Direct Development Control Provision shall apply to a portion of S.E.1/4 29-51-25-4, containing approximately 1.06 ha of land, as shown on Schedule ”A” of the Bylaw, adopting this DC1 Provision.

| a. | The minimum site area shall be 1.0 hectare. |
| b. | The minimum lot width shall be 30.5 m. |
| c. | The maximum building height shall not exceed 10.0 m or 2½ storeys. |
| d. | The maximum total Site Coverage shall not exceed 40%, with a maximum of 28% for a principal building and a maximum of 12% for Accessory Buildings. Where a Garage is attached or designed as an integral part of a Dwelling, the maximum Site Coverage for the principal building shall be 40%. |
| e. | The minimum front yard shall be 7.5 m. |
| f. | The minimum rear yard shall be 7.5 m. |
| g. | The minimum side yard shall be 5.0 m. |
| h. | The maximum number of Dwellings per Site shall be one (1) Single Detached Dwelling, and, where the provisions of this Bylaw are met, a Secondary Suite per Site shall be allowed. |
| i. | Secondary Suites shall comply with Section 86 of this Bylaw. |
| j. | Water supply and sewage disposal shall be provided in accordance with the Public Health Act regulations. |
